The goal of Walmart's 'Joy.Fully.' holiday campaign was to bring seasonal cheer back to customers. The JoyGlobes experience brought that feeling to life with three giant snowglobes outside one of Walmart's busiest stores.
Each snowglobe featured a different holiday tradition such as gift giving, a family portrait, and of course, hot cocoa.
This project was created at Momentum Worldwide with the team of Nicole Miller (CD), Joseph Gourley (3D Design Dir.), and myself as AD and designer. The globes were fabricated by Pinnacle Experience.

The art direction inside the globes was inspired by classic holiday motifs of 'Santa's workshop' and steam-era mechanics.
A series of intricate gears, levers, gauges, and conveyor belts helped create the experience of joy being created.
The 2D graphic system featured custom typography and was an extension of primary Walmart holiday campaign visuals.
Snowcapped mountains and holiday motifs of the graphic system were inspired by classical animation scenery.
